Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, please email wildtouring1@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the best return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, you will receive the credit less our shipping costs.
Faulty/Damaged or Incorrectly Received Products
If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us at wildtouring1@gmail.com and we will promptly send you the correct product free of charge. You are not be required to return the incorrectly received product.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be faulty, defective after use, or damaged in transit please email us at wildtouring1@gmail.com and we will promptly send you a replacement product, or provide you with a full refund.
