Shipping Policy

Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched within 5 business days.

When orders are dispatched you should receive an Australia Post Tracking Number to the email address you have entered when checking out. Patches and stickers are sent untracked in a regular envelope.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct shipping address is entered into the system at the time of ordering.

When you place an order with us you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions and phone number. We may share any information with involved third parties, but only what is absolutely necessary in the processing of your order.
